The purpose of the Women Soaring Pilots Association is to encourage women to fly gliders. One way we do this is through our scholarship program. Our scholarships are for women only and we require that they be members of WSPA and SSA or an equivalent type organization if they do not live in the U.S. Applications are reviewed by a committee of three WSPA members. They are judged primarily on realistic goals and dedication to those goals. Click here for general scholarship info in downloadable form.
